Gennadi Serenity House created with taste and unlimited view, was constructed specifically for your pleasant stay. It is a seafront 2-bedroom house, bright with plenty of natural light, clean and spacious with a private pool, in front of a beautiful and quiet, almost private beach, in the peaceful area of Gennadi in South Rhodes. The villa combines a great location with the added bonus of being detached and surrounded by a private land with a garden/terraces: a true rarity in a beach resort! Perfect for family and friends who seek for an ideal getaway and want to enjoy summer life next to the beach in one of the most beautiful locations in the South of Rhodes but at the same time want to be close to everything!

 

INDOORS

The Villa can accommodate up to 7 people, in 2 separate bedrooms fully air conditioned. One bedroom with a queen-size double bed, a second bedroom with two big single beds and a very big sofa bed in the living room, which can be turned into a double bed. A fold-out bed is also at your disposal which can be set up either in one of the two bedrooms or in the living room. We also offer a baby cot upon request. Inside the villa has an open-plan living design that provides a bright,airy sunny environment. This area includes a comfortable living room with a double sofa-bed, a dining area and a sitting area with a flat screen TV. There is a fully equipped kitchen (including refrigerator, electric cooker,dishwasher and all necessary small and large electrical appliances) for preparing any meals you want.

The bathroom consists of a WC, a large shower cabin and a washing machine. Of course we offer all essential toiletries and towels for your stay. In addition, the villa benefits from 3 air-conditioning units which are included in the price and there is also a safe installed so you can enjoy your holidays without worrying about your valuables.

 

OUTDOORS 

The house features a large private garden with BBQ facilities, outdoor seating areas and private parking. It also has a fantastic, seafront, private balcony with outdoor furniture which leads to a brand new private pool with sun loungers and parasols where you can relax or sunbathe in total privacy!Our eco swimming pool is 6m*3m and is 1.5m deep and can be used from April till early November to enjoy relaxing and refreshing moments during your stay.On the roof terrace there is a sun lounge with chairs and a small table under an aluminium gazebo with white curtains where you can relax or sunbathe overlooking the Mediterranean sea!

In this inviting environment you can spend long hours under the shining Rhodian sun,but with such a perfect beach just a few steps away,the choice will be hard!

Two straw umbrellas and sun loungers are for the exclusive use of our guests on the beach, which is directly in front of the villa,following a 90m path.

 
Free wireless internet, private parking area, air conditioning in every bedroom and in the living room and barbecue facilities are provided.

The property is located about 58 km from Diagoras airport and 65 km from Rhodes city center. Famous Lindos is only a 20-minute drive. The distance from cafes, taverns and bars is only 800 meters.


Gennadi is a Village in South Rhodes in the Dodecanese Region of Greece. Gennadi Beach has also been awarded the Blue Flag, certifying its excellent waters.
